Copyright Policy

1. Ownership of Content

LakaTrades ("Company," "we," "our") is the sole and exclusive owner of all content published on this platform. This includes, without limitation:

• ✓ Trade Game Plans & execution strategies
• ✓ Weekly Outlook PDF reports
• ✓ Course videos, slides & written lessons
• ✓ Chart analyses and annotated screenshots
• ✓ Trading strategy frameworks (ORB, Break & Retest, Key Level)
• ✓ Sniper Cheat Sheet methodology and scoring system
• ✓ Brand name, logo, and visual identity
• ✓ Blog posts, newsletters, and social media content
• ✓ Live session recordings and transcripts
• ✓ Proprietary analyses and trade feedback

Copyright protection attaches automatically upon creation under 17 U.S.C. § 102. No registration is required for copyright to exist, though LakaTrades reserves the right to register works with the U.S. Copyright Office to strengthen enforcement rights, including eligibility for statutory damages up to $150,000 per willful infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c).

2. What You May and May Not Do

PERMITTED (PERSONAL USE ONLY)

• ✓ View and access content through your authorized account
• ✓ Download PDFs provided for personal, non-commercial educational use
• ✓ Take personal notes and apply concepts to your own trading
• ✓ Share a brief quote (no more than 50 words) with a direct link back to lakatrades.com

STRICTLY PROHIBITED

• ✗ Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content in any medium
• ✗ Sharing login credentials, PDFs, videos, or course materials with anyone else
• ✗ Posting trade plans, chart analyses, or strategies on social media, Discord, Telegram, or any public forum
• ✗ Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting any content
• ✗ Creating derivative works, courses, or programs based on LakaTrades content
• ✗ Screen-recording, screenshotting, or capturing content for redistribution
• ✗ Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content
• ✗ Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright or proprietary notices

3. Trademark Protection

"LakaTrades," the LakaTrades logo, and all related marks, trade dress, and brand elements are trademarks of LakaTrades. You may not use any of these marks in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage LakaTrades without prior written permission. Unauthorized use of LakaTrades trademarks may constitute trademark infringement under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.).

4. Reporting Infringement

If you discover that LakaTrades content has been shared, distributed, or used without authorization — whether by a current user or a third party — please report it immediately. Include a description of the infringement, the location where you found it, and any screenshots or evidence.

Repeat infringers: LakaTrades maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who repeatedly violate this Copyright Policy.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

LakaTrades actively monitors for unauthorized use of its content and will pursue all available legal remedies against infringers. Consequences of copyright infringement may include:

• • Legal action
• • Notices sent to hosting providers, social platforms, and search engines
• • Civil litigation
• • Seeking actual damages, statutory damages up to $150,000/work, and attorney's fees
• • Criminal referral

Willful infringement for commercial gain may be referred to federal authorities (17 U.S.C. § 506).

6. Reporting Infringement

If you discover that LakaTrades content has been stolen, shared without authorization, or used in violation of this policy — whether by a current user or a third party — please report it immediately. Your report helps protect the community and the integrity of the platform.

7. Governing Law

This Copyright Policy is governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
